Hydroponics and permaculture workshop
Learn how to build your own hydroponics system
The last instalment of the hydroponics and permaculture workshop is this Saturday 18th 10am - 3.30pm. We will be installing and testing 2 hydroponic systems - flat guttering and recycled bottle bottle versions as well as working out the solar irrigation system. If you haven’t been before, don’t worry, we will recap and answer all questions - its always useful to go over things more than once!
We'll also explore the closed-loop model at Camley Street Natural Park with a tour of the permaculture planting, compost piles, wormeries and micro anaerobic digester, which produces biogas for cooking in the community cafe and liquid fertiliser for food growing.
Its payment by donation or volunteering and optional delicious veggie lunch will be available for £5 at our closed-loop cafe:) Either book through Eventbrite (see flyer below) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
