Wildwood Community Café
Open for group bookings only
Between Sept 2015 - Sept 2017 we ran community cafe as part of a closed loop demonstration.
The cafe is now closed but we are still offering catering for groups of 10 people and above.
Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a menu and booking form.
We serve delicious hot and cold vegetarian food, teas, coffee using some organic and fairtrade ingredients. Wildwood Coomunity Café is part of a unique closed-loop demonstration at:
Camley Street Natural Park
12 Camley Street, London N1C 4PW
Only 7 minutes walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras International
Experience a circular, sustainable approach to food where biogas from an on-site biodigester is used to cook food grown using liquid fertiliser – also from the digester. Food waste from the cafe is then fed back to the digester along with locally collected canteen and office waste to produce…more cooking gas and fertiliser!
